BioThis is my weight loss journal, but it's more than that. I am constantly sabotaging my weight loss efforts. There are reasons for that that I have avoided dealing with. It's time I faced them, and this journal is a place for me to do that.
It's also a place to track my eating and exercise, but the main focus will be examining my thoughts and feelings about myself, my body and my life.
I am keen to meet others going through a similar journey and/or those who are also trying to lose weight. So if you stumble across this journal, please pop in and say hi.
